Your day involves performing preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting faults, and commissioning Siemens Energy products, while ensuring safety and adherence to operational guidelines. You also engage in training programs, produce technical reports, and participate in root cause analysis to enhance system reliability and address customer issues effectively.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on Siemens Energy products to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct installation, commissioning, and upgrades for controls on new and serviced equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve technical faults, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient operation.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of packaged systems and ancillary equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company operating procedures during all tasks.
• Participate in training programs, produce detailed technical reports, and contribute to root cause analysis for system improvements and customer issue resolution.

What You Bring

• Possess a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering (or equivalent education) or vocational qualifications in electrical and/or control systems, with at least 5 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Demonstrate expertise in commissioning, fault-finding, maintaining, and servicing equipment, with hands-on experience in Instrumentation and Controls across multiple platforms, including HMI and panel-based electrical systems.
• Exhibit a proactive, professional, and flexible work ethic, coupled with strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Be capable of interpreting piping and installation drawings, general engineering designs, and control schematics, with experience using Virtual, RDS, and relevant tooling preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 80% domestically and internationally), with the ability to mobilize on short notice for emergencies and work offshore with the necessary certifications.
• Hold a valid passport and driver’s license, demonstrate proficiency in professional English communication (written and oral), and possess experience with PSC7, Advant, or T3000 control systems, as well as cross-product knowledge of SGT/TCP/AGT systems as an advantage.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
