A Snapshot of Your Day

As Junior Project Manager in the Blade task Force you will be responsible for supporting the planning and managing the execution of the Blade projects in North America in a structured project landscape. Ensures adherence to agreed Project Management guidelines and operation standards on behalf of Head Operations and Manager.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Coordination of the overall project planning & execution, in collaboration with project team.
  • Ensure availability of equipment, tools, labor, parts, consumables & logistics in collaboration with support functions.
  • Initiate & coordinate procurement process as required.
  • Responsible for identifying, mitigating & raising deviation for project timeline, budgets and scope.
  • Enable efficient execution of all activities with strong focus on safe work.
  • Support project team in documentation management
  • Accepts responsibility for the project within given limits of authority.
  • Creates communication plan, project meetings & other infrastructures as required
  • Promote HSE & quality culture within the entire project team.
  • Support the creation, monitor & update of project plan, as required, to ensure efficient delivery of all project requirements.
  • Ensure availability of technical documentation at site in collaboration with Project team.
  • Ensure availability of qualified resources & work instructions / procedure in collaboration with resource manager.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience engineer or related field or MBA.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 2+ years of prior experience in Project scheduling, budgeting & project coordination is preferred.
  • Proficient with MS Office & products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Projects, Visio), plus Power BI
  • SAP knowledge.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
  • Travel required: up to 25%.
