How You’ll Make an Impact
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and other developers to define and implement software solutions aligned with business goals.
- Apply SAFe principles in daily development tasks, ensuring alignment with Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Develop and maintain APIs and integrate with third-party services. Participate in PI (Program Increment) planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Trouble-shoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across environments.
- Ensure consistency to coding standards, security protocols, and best-practices.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Basic proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, SQL, or Java, with the ability to write scripts to manipulate, clean, and transform data
- Basic understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Familiarity with data processing tools and technologies, including ETL frameworks and libraries (e.g., Pandas, Apache Spark), and strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues in data workflows.
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git, and good communication skills to collaborate with multi-functional teams and document data processes clearly.
- Preferred exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and their data-related services (e.g., AWS S3, BigQuery).
- Preferred basic knowledge of big-data technologies like Hadoop, Kafka, or Apache Spark, as well as familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau, and exposure to machine learning or AI technologies.
