We are seeking an Intern to join our Sales Excellence and Enablement team, where you’ll engage in projects that align with our mission for a sustainable future. In this role, you’ll support the Project Manager in completing impactful initiatives and developing communication and training materials. You’ll thrive in a collaborative and innovative team environment that values empowerment, diversity, and continuous learning. Your efforts will directly enhance communication quality and improve training resources.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Support the Project Manager/Digitalization Project Manager in project delivery.
• Develop and prepare communication and training content and concepts.
• Support the maintenance of communication and training materials across various channels.
• Increase the usage of internal communication channels to keep the target audience informed.
• Ensure communication and training quality improvements in Sales with key collaborators.
• Support internal improvement projects in offshore sales on an ad hoc basis.

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program or equivalent experience in Business Management, Communication, Sales & Marketing Management, Sustainability, Media, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
• Experience with video editing tools, social media platforms, and reporting tools like Power BI.
• Ability to create high-quality and impactful communication materials, including PowerPoint presentations.
• Creative and factual writing skills for persuasive texts.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Open, outgoing, and organized with a can-do and ownership attitude.
• Comfortable interacting in a highly international environment.
