How You’ll Make an Impact
- Supporting the HR Organizational Development and Strategy team with a strong focus on HR Trends and Innovation topics
- Analyse external HR benchmarks and market trends
- Supporting the development of a consistent HR Strategy including methods how to measure it
- Develop a state of the art HR newscast
- Supporting the design of a new employee survey landscape considering the most relevant survey tools, design and IT applications
What You Bring
- Ongoing studies in business administration, social sciences or comparable
- Mandatory internship prescribed by the university's internship regulations
- Great interest in HR work combined with in interest in IT/Tech/Analytics/AI
- Safe handling of ms-office(PowerPoint)
- Solution-oriented, creativity, self-responsibility, team worker
- Fluent in English and German
