Are you ready to take on a key role in a dynamic, global environment? As a Business Developer / Offer Manager for Industry Transformers, you will act as a vital interface between our valued customers and our newly built factory in Tianjin.
In this role, you will drive commercial growth across the ASEAN region, combining your strong understanding of market dynamics, pricing strategies, and industrial transformer solutions to develop competitive and innovative offers. You will help expand our market presence by identifying new opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and shaping targeted business strategies. We are looking for a highly motivated professional who combines technical expertise with strong commercial acumen. You will be part of a global team working together to enhance competitiveness and deliver best-in-class solutions to our customers.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop and manage technical and commercial proposals for industry transformers, tailored to customer requirements and business goals
- Drive business development activities across the ASEAN region, including identifying new opportunities, markets, and partnerships
- Perform detailed cost calculations and develop competitive pricing strategies
- Align customer specifications with internal technical capabilities and manufacturing capacity
- Support regional sales teams in customer negotiations and contract execution
- Conduct market and competitor analyses to strengthen strategic positioning and offer success rates
- Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, project management, and procurement to ensure feasibility and profitability of all offers
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
- Several years of experience in technical sales, business development, or offer management within industrial or manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of transformer technology and industrial applications
- Proven skills in cost calculation, pricing strategy, market analysis, and negotiation
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English; additional language skills relevant to the ASEAN region are a plus
