A Snapshot of Your Day
Ensure business continuity for the management and support of local HR applications within China, specifically for the Partnering & Support China team. The role is structured around two core areas: Application Management & User Support, focusing on daily operational tasks and resolving user issues for systems like DOE; and System Maintenance & Lifecycle Management, which covers system health, updates, and process improvements. This ensures both immediate support and long-term application viability. Given the focus on direct application support and maintenance, the ideal candidate will possess proven experience in IT support and systems management. Key requirements include technical troubleshooting skills, familiarity with database management, and the ability to work effectively with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- 60% Application Management & User Support
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for local HR applications (e.g., DOE) in China, ensuring continuous operation.
- Provide timely technical support to HR end-users by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving application-related incidents and inquiries.
- Manage user access rights, system configurations, and application settings according to established governance policies.
- Collaborate with the China HR team to understand user requirements and provide functional support for application processes.
- 40% System Maintenance & Improvement
- Perform regular system health checks, scheduled maintenance, and apply necessary patches or updates to ensure application stability and security.
- Coordinate with internal development teams or external vendors to manage bug fixes, system upgrades, and release cycles.
- Analyze application performance and user feedback to identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including support procedures, system configurations, and knowledge base articles.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 5 years of professional experience in IT application support, systems analysis, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience managing and supporting business-critical applications, preferably within an HR context.
- Expert in J2EE (JavaBean, struts, hibernate, spring).
- Expert in software programing based on Microsoft Relevant Technologies (MS.Net) MVC + SQL Server (MySQL)/C++/C#/JSP...).
- Working experience in IT project implementation and management, PMP certificate is preferred.
- Familiar with cloud (IaaS/PaaS/Saas) architecture.
- Familiar with IT Security Gov and vulnerabilities handling from application level
- Good communication Skill with the Stakeholders.
- Fluent in spoken English and writing.
- Team working and collaboration(Internal/External).
