How You’ll Make an Impact
Act as the dedicated DC Partner for specific business areas, providing proactive liaison and communication channels.
Manage DC demands by offering business and management consulting, and driving business process reengineering.
Align DC strategy with business needs to support Siemens Energy’s broader strategic goals.
Lead global and local DC projects, taking ownership of business-organizational aspects and ensuring successful implementation.
Measure, drive, and report customer happiness from the perspective of our collaborators.
Tackle ad-hoc tasks assigned by your manager with a proven approach to problem-solving.

What You Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s Degree and/or MBA is preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT business partnership, account management, or IT governance.
Outstanding collaboration and communication skills, particularly with business executives and delegates.
Strong customer focus with the ability to influence decisions and drive customer happiness.
Extensive knowledge of enterprise-level IT policies, procedures, and standards.
At least 4 years of experience in IT project implementation and management; project management certification is preferred.
Basic financial management knowledge and experience.
Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and familiarity with local legal and regulatory environments.
Preferred experience includes IT service portfolio management, SAP, application management, AI, and Data.
Proficient in English communication.
Willingness to work in Taipei or Taichung.
