How You’ll Make an Impact
• Act as the dedicated DC Partner for specific business areas, providing proactive liaison and communication channels.
• Manage DC demands by offering business and management consulting, and driving business process reengineering.
• Align DC strategy with business needs to support Siemens Energy’s broader strategic goals.
• Lead global and local DC projects, taking ownership of business-organizational aspects and ensuring successful implementation.
• Measure, drive, and report customer happiness from the perspective of our collaborators.
• Tackle ad-hoc tasks assigned by your manager with a proven approach to problem-solving.
What You Bring
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s Degree and/or MBA is preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT business partnership, account management, or IT governance.
• Outstanding collaboration and communication skills, particularly with business executives and delegates.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to influence decisions and drive customer happiness.
• Extensive knowledge of enterprise-level IT policies, procedures, and standards.
• At least 4 years of experience in IT project implementation and management; project management certification is preferred.
• Basic financial management knowledge and experience.
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and familiarity with local legal and regulatory environments.
• Preferred experience includes IT service portfolio management, SAP, application management, AI, and Data.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Willingness to work in Taipei or Taichung.
