How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead and develop EHS and Quality processes for the Kongsberg organization
• Own and continuously improve the integrated management system (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
• Drive a strong safety culture through leadership engagement, risk management, and preventive initiatives
• Ensure quality assurance across production, projects, suppliers, and service operations
• Monitor and act on KPIs related to safety, compliance, and product quality
• Lead internal and external audits, customer audits, and certification processes
• Partner with engineering, operations, and supply chain to embed quality-by-design and operational excellence
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective action programs
• Support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives
• Represent EHS & Quality in leadership forums and global Siemens Energy networks
• Rollout global Siemens Energy EHS & Quality initiatives and standards to local organizations

What You Bring

• Degree in engineering, quality management, HSE, or similar field
• Significant leadership experience in quality and/or EHS within manufacturing or the energy industry
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and audit processes
• Proven track record in driving continuous improvement and cultural change
• Ability to influence across functions and seniority levels
• Analytical mindset combined with strong communication skills
• Fluency in English; Norwegian is an advantage
