- Leadership and inspiration through the provision of disciplinary and professional guidance for a team of engineers and technical experts, fostering an environment characterized by drive, innovation, and high performance

- Facilitation of organizational growth and individual development through multi‑skilling, training, task assignments, and the proactive creation of development opportunities
- Ensuring parts availability and supply chain resilience, including participation in part qualification activities in collaboration with the Blades & Vanes manufacturing organization
- Support of the Blades & Vanes manufacturing organization in the qualification and serial production of internal and external suppliers for the casting of turbine blades, vanes, and ring segments, with consideration of budget, quality, and timeline requirements
- Ensuring design for manufacturability by supporting product and technology roadmaps with a focus on manufacturing processes for hot‑gas‑path components, including the integration of manufacturing feedback into component design through the application of advanced casting simulation methods to improve manufacturing yields and costs
- University degree or equivalent in an engineering or manufacturing field with 10+ years of professional experience
- Management experience in complex engineering, product development, and/or R&D environments, combined with demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and empower global teams within an international matrix organization
- Strong understanding of contemporary manufacturing technologies, preferably investment casting, along with knowledge of metallurgical processes, material properties, and quality assurance practices
- Knowledge and experience with the Product Process and Qualification (PPQ) process for blades, vanes, and ring segments
- Strategic and business-oriented mindset with strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills, including proven ability to manage complex projects and work effectively within teams
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as well as fluency in both German and English (spoken and written)
