A Snapshot of Your Day
The Head of LATAM Business Controlling Onshore is an integral part of the LATAM Leadership team, acting as Business Controlling Partner for the LATAM Onshore organization, creating financial transparency and ensuring the right basis for decision making.
You will provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, monthly, quarterly & annual forecasts, financial reports, and operational trends to assist the LATAM Onshore Technical and Financial Leadership teams (as well as other leaders in Onshore) in performing their responsibilities and drive recommendations for sound decision making. You and your team will be the central interface for LATAM Onshore towards FIN WP ON LATAM and FIN WP BC ON PRA, working closely with the Supply Chain, Technology, Cost Centre and Operational Controlling teams.
How to contribute to our vision
• Act as a holistic Business Controlling Partner for the LATAM Onshore organization.
• Coordination of the regional financial planning, reporting, and controlling (including the preparation, monitoring, and analysis) of all relevant KPIs in the Onshore depth structures, including the resultant legal entity reporting.
• Management and Governance of the Regional Forecasting and Budgeting Process for Onshore including the setting of standards and regulations of the process.
• Collaboration with other regions and the PRA team to ensure alignment and implementation of best practices within the ON business.
• Support to the LATAM Financial Leadership team of Onshore as well as an interface to the Functional Business Controlling teams.
• Overall go to person for LATAM Onshore commercials and controllers for all matters related to the month end/quarter end closing process as well as the budget.
• Oversight and consolidation of structural cost controlling, including headcount, in LATAM Onshore as well as analyses and recommendations to support senior management in decision-making.
• Proactive monitoring of Free Cash Flow of LATAM Onshore in order to support not only financial reporting but also liquidity planning needs in the regional legal entities.
• Set and implement standards, harmonization & digitalization throughout the organization and drive a positive change process in business controlling activities for LATAM Onshore.
• Lead and develop the Business Controlling Onshore LATAM team to secure they deliver against their responsibilities, whilst creating and maintaining a culture of clear communication, mutual accountability, active engagement and communications between all levels of the organization.

• A highly competent finance leader who has experience in commercial business topics, controlling and accounting with an emphasis on financial planning and reporting. Experience in a major project and/or service business environment will be a plus.
• Natural ability to build working relationships, with excellent communication skills to translate financials into key messages ready to be used by decision makers.
• Strong data driven problem-solving skills, continuously striving for improving and automating regular activities with an open mind for change.
• Passion for people and developing talent, embracing diversity. Previous leadership experience essential. Proven ability to lead other leaders desirable.
• A business or accounting degree/qualification, expert in Excel, PowerPoint and SAP. Competence in Business Intelligence Platforms and Power BI would be a plus.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
