A Snapshot of Your Day
The HR Project Manager reflects on the progress made, the challenges faced, and the strategies implemented to overcome them. The focus remains on continuous improvement and ensuring that HR initiatives effectively support the organization’s growth trajectory in Saudi Arabia.
How you’ll make an impact?
• Lead and manage all aspects of HR projects in Saudi Arabia that support organizational growth and transformation
• Collaborate with HR teams and business areas to design and implement people strategies and ensure growth and ramp-up projects are progressing according to plan
• Monitor key HR metrics relating to organizational growth and present data-driven insights to Internal and external stakeholders
• Identify people-related risks, bottlenecks or deviations in project plans and take proactive steps to address them
• Drive process improvements and bring structure to ambiguous or complex challenges
What you bring?
• Bachelors degree or higher in a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in HR within a matrix multinational organization
• Proven experience in HR project management or a similar role supporting business growth or transformation
• Experience working on business growth/ramp-up HR projects
• Knowledge of the KSA labor regulations
• Thorough understanding of HR practices, systems and methodologies
• Self-driven with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Excellent command of Arabic and English languages
• Due to local requirements, this position is restricted to Saudi nationals only
