A Snapshot of Your Day
As a part of our global Center of Competence, you will be acting as a strategic partner to the business and HR to design and implement successful Performance, People Growth and Talent Development strategies.You will ensure global consistency in our core processes while collaborating closely with global and regional HR teams to meet business needs. Additionally, you will serve as an aggregation point for the voice of the business, facilitating continuous improvement of our products and tools.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders to drive engagement and support for talent initiatives.
- Lead project management efforts to ensure timely and successful implementation of talent management strategies and our new IT tool implementation.
- Support performance and people growth processes and tools, ensuring effective execution, communication, and enablement for HR and the business.
- Oversee the annual Talent Identification process and the Talent Development program, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

What You Bring:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in Talent Management with a proven track record of design and implementation of successful Talent management and performance processes and tools at a global or regional level.
- University degree a business or HR-related field, along with further upskilling in Talent and Leadership Development, Coaching, or Learning.
- Experience working in a global matrix setup within multinational companies, demonstrating an understanding of diverse business environments. Proven ability to build partnership relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions that meet the needs of various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with coordinating global projects and driving initiatives, with a strong track record in concept design and implementation on a global scale.
- A passion for enabling others through your expertise, with an empathetic approach to coaching and empowering team members.
- The ability to balance big-picture thinking with detailed implementation, along with strong communication and presentation skills. Cultural sensitivity and experience working in roles with a global scope, allowing you to effectively engage with colleagues from diverse background
