In your role as People Analytics & Reporting Expert, you will support our people analytics function and assist in building our team to become data consultants to the business.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Build robust ad-hoc reports, deep dive analyses, and data models to provide compelling insights enabling stake holders in their decisions-making
  • Build compelling storylines and visualizations to deliver analytics insights to our team members and support our people agenda
  • Consult the business and corporate functions in the development of effective people & organizational strategies through effective use of data analysis and analytics
  • Be an advocate for a data-driven, decision-making culture and support the organization to become data literate
  • Assist in the creation of processes, policies and procedures for the access, analysis, visualization of data in collaboration with our HR Products & Services department

What You Bring

  • At least 3-6+ years of professional experience in human resources, people & organization, data analytics from a consultancy, startup, digital hub or function
  • A degree in business administration, behavioral economics, psychology, IT, data science, organizational development or related field
  • Extensive experience in HR reporting, data analysis and analytics
  • Bring strong analytical skills and the ability to build detailed reporting and valuable use cases
  • Additional certificates (e.g., User-Centric Design, Scrum Master, SAFe, Design Thinking, Coaching) and sound knowledge in data technologies (e.g., Alteryx, Blue Prism, PowerBI, Python, R, Tableau, Ui Path, VBA)
  • Proficient in stakeholder management and executive communication
  • You have a growth mindset, daring spirit, are eager to learn, and thrive with your challenges
