A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Global Product for Spare Parts Management, your day starts with a review of market trends and customer feedback to spot opportunities for improving our spare parts offerings. You collaborate with cross-functional teams from Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain to align on ongoing projects and strategies for optimizing spare parts management, with an initial focus on Switchgear.
You engage in customer discovery sessions to understand their challenges and capture insights that advise our spare parts solutions. Afterward, you focus on developing arguments and presentations for senior management, highlighting the value of your initiatives in addressing customer needs.
In strategy meetings, you define the roadmap across High Voltage assets, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Working with collaborators from around the world fosters teamwork and sharing of standard approaches to drive creative solutions. You wrap up your day by reflecting on accomplishments and planning for the next steps.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Play a crucial role in advancing our vision of delivering outstanding
- Concentrate on managing and improving our spare parts portfolio to ensure alignment with market needs and customer expectations
- Serve as the go-to expert for spare parts management, driving innovative business models that focus on scaling the business efficiently and reducing costs for both the company and customers
- Assume end-to-end business responsibility for the spare parts portfolio, from defining strategies and roadmaps to ensuring successful market entry and execution
- Identify customer needs and opportunities to maintain and develop the spare parts portfolio, bringing to bear insights from customer interactions and market analysis
- Continuously refine the portfolio based on customer feedback and market trends, ensuring alignment with business objectives and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or a related field, combined with experience in product management, supply chain management, or marketing & sales
- Minimum of 5 years of business experience, preferably in spare parts management or related fields, with a strong understanding of business models and customer problem-solving
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse teams and collaborators globally, ensuring alignment with partners in Operations, Regions, and other Business Functions
- Excellent English skills
- Customer-centric and passionate about identifying needs and opportunities to improve the spare parts portfolio
- Outstanding networking and collaboration skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, a proactive attitude, high levels of independence, flexibility, ambition, and well-structured work habits
