How You’ll Make an Impact
- Participate in a global team, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and transformation aligned with our company values.
- Collaborate with Strategic Procurement and key stakeholders to define the structure and organization of the commodity area.
- Develop a proactive commodity strategy that not only meets business needs but also creates additional value.
- Prepare, negotiate, and manage global contracts and pricing for key suppliers, ensuring alignment with market demands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers to effectively meet company requirements and drive competitive advantage.
What You Bring
- Over 5 years in indirect procurement, specifically within the corporate fleet area, ideally in a global organization.
- Strong commercial and technical understanding of procurement, project management, and international contract law.
- At least 2 years working with multinational teams.
- Excellent command of the English language, with the ability to thrive in multicultural teams.
- A university degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field, with a strong interest in continuous learning and development.

You will be part of the Global Mobility Services Team within Strategic Procurement, a dynamic and multicultural group dedicated to supporting Siemens Energy’s global functions. This supportive team collaborates closely with Global HR, Finance, IT, Legal, and key stakeholders from various business areas, ensuring that our procurement strategies align with the overall mission of the organization.
