How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead Investigations: Tackle complex challenges by conducting defect investigations on engine and package components, using advanced Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methods.
• Drive Service Improvements: Identify and implement opportunities to enhance fleet reliability and performance, making a tangible impact on our customers and operations.
• Be the Expert: Provide specialized engineering support to regional technical and field service teams, becoming a go-to resource for product knowledge.
• Communicate Solutions: Author clear, actionable Service Bulletins and Technical Instructions to share insights, solutions, and technical risk assessments across the organization.
• See the World: Occasionally travel overseas to support your responsibilities and collaborate with colleagues and customers worldwide.

What You Bring

• Experienced Professional: At least 7 years’ experience with gas turbines or related technology, ideally in a service environment.
• Qualified Engineer: A degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Problem Solver: Adaptable, analytical, and ready to tackle new challenges with a positive attitude.
• Great Communicator: Able to explain complex technical issues clearly and work effectively with diverse teams.
• Customer-Focused: Passionate about delivering outstanding service and building strong relationships.
• Independent & Collaborative: Comfortable working remotely and independently, while staying connected with the wider fleet support team.
