  • Prepare and deliver regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, financial performance, risks, challenges, and proposed solutions.
  • Support special assignments and audits, interacting with internal teams and external auditors as needed; travel up to 25% may be required depending on project needs and location.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent experience, with 5–7 years of professional experience in related fields.
  • Strong project management, negotiation, strategic thinking, and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure, multitask, and clearly interpret and present financial data.
  • Thorough understanding of IFRS and Siemens Energy Financial Reporting Guidelines (FRGs), with a commitment to lean processes and automation initiatives.
  • High proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications, supported by excellent analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience with business analytics tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, or similar, and a proactive interest in applying Artificial Intelligence to solve business challenges.
  • Proven ability to anticipate issues and implement mitigating actions, work effectively in team-oriented environments, and communicate fluently in English (advanced level required).
