A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Finance Business Partner Engineering, you will be an integral part of our dynamic international team. This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail. Your primary responsibility will be to support and collaborate Project Engineering and Services teams in Mexico and Germany. You will establish a new setup for the global operations of the Engineering Hub from a financial and commercial standpoint.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

• Support and Collaboration: Work closely with EN Head in Mexico and Germany, FIN Head in Mexico and Germany
• Introduce FIN Global Model and support the offer-to-order process for Engineering Services all over the globe.
• Cost Center controlling: Monitor and manage cost centers to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and financial targets Planning and Forecasting
• Internal Forecasting: Lead the preparation and maintenance of internal forecasts, ensuring accurate cost absorption and proactively addressing potential under-absorption.
• Financial & Commercial Processes: Manage financial and commercial processes, ensuring cost and revenue data are accurately maintained and updated in ERP and financial systems.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related commercial field.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is a must.
• Communication, Cultural Awareness, and Team Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Able to work effectively within an international team, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and understanding of other cultures.
• Growth Mindset: Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt, embracing new
• challenges and continuously seeking personal and professional development
• Ownership Culture: Strong sense of responsibility and accountability, with the ability to take initiative and drive projects to successful completion

About the team

Your team is spread through Germany Portugal Egypt and Mexico. You will work mainly with the Engineering and Finance team in Mexico and Germany.
