- Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and operational excellence initiatives (e.g. productivity and cost-out programs) for Sales, T&O and DS across six global manufacturing sites.
- Consolidate, monitor and report key financial KPIs and expenditures while ensuring compliance with internal standards and external requirements.
- Prepare and analyse financial reports (e.g. Order Intake, Target Costing, Pricing and Margin Slippage) to support data-driven management decisions.
- Evaluate business cases for portfolio development, technology investments, process automation and resource optimization initiatives.
- Partner closely with Sales, Engineering, Product Management and DS teams to assess financial requirements and support strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate and guide plant controllers and performance analysts, driving standardized reporting, benchmarking and transparency across all sites.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial controlling, ideally within manufacturing, industrial or energy-related environments.
- Expertise in financial planning, forecasting and performance analysis, combined with a solid understanding of operational excellence principles.
- Experience working in a multi-site and international business environment with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and advanced analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English, German is an advantage and willingness to travel internationally (approximately 10–20%).
