A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Expert (f/m/d) – Industrialized Rollout (Procurement, Agentic AI Solutions), you will drive Siemens Energy’s AI-powered transformation in Procurement and support the global energy transition. In this role, you will lead the industrialized rollout of innovative agentic AI solutions, ensuring scalable adoption and tangible value across a global organization. Acting as the interface between AI development teams and business users, you will combine strategic rollout planning with hands-on execution—from defining deployment requirements to managing end-to-end implementation. Your strong project and change management expertise will be key to enabling sustainable impact and operational excellence.
How You’ll Make an Impact - End-to-end rollout execution of AI solutions from pilot phases to global, industrialized deployment across business areas
- Cross-functional team coordination and stakeholder management across Procurement and global locations without formal authority
- Hands-on deployment activities including user onboarding, system readiness validation, UAT coordination, and deployment planning
- Post-go-live hypercare management including performance monitoring, issue resolution, and transition to operations
- Definition and integration of rollout, data, compliance, and operational requirements into AI product development, including translation into actionable specifications
- Development of standardized rollout toolkits, training materials, deployment playbooks, and continuous improvement based on KPI tracking and lessons learned
What You Bring- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Extensive professional experience with a proven track record in end-to-end AI or digital solution rollouts within large, complex, multinational organizations
- Expertise in project management, change management, and stakeholder coordination in technology implementation contexts
- Technical and domain expertise including systems analysis, automation, procurement software, supply chain knowledge, and agile methodologies
- Strong soft skills including collaboration, influencing, strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and problem-solving
- Language proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
