- Lead all aspects ofproject books and records in systems like SAP, ensuring alignment with Siemens-Energy guidelines and local accounting standards.
- Partner with project and commercial managers to support financial targets, optimize gross profit, cash flow, and manage assets and financing tools.
- Take ownership of identifying and addressing local commercial risks and opportunities, contributing to strategic project decisions.
- Clarify and optimize commercial terms, contracts, tax concepts, and compliance matters in collaboration with local authorities and the international team.
- Handle TFA contracts, invoicing, cash collection, and support international personnel with visa and work permit processes.
- Coordinate local planning, supplier management, and reporting using tools like Dash and PMTX, while securing essential services through framework agreements.
- Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, or Accounting, ready to take ownership of commercial project responsibilities and support strategic decision-making.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage confidently with internal and external partners across all levels of the organization.
- Proven understanding of guidelines (LoA, NCM, Consortium) and hands-on experience in contract negotiation and execution.
- Proficiency in SAP and familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office and Salesforce to support financial analysis, planning, and controlling activities.
- Long term experience in a CPM or contract/claim management role. Commercial certification is a plus.
- Skilled in English and German, with a positive approach and the drive to thrive in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.
