A Snap Shot of your Day:

Do you enjoy a fast-paced environment with a focus on the customer? This role interfaces with our planning team and is the conduit to our production operations team helping to juggle multiple priorities while still focusing on the customer. Perform duties related to ensuring the proper priorities are being worked on, including but not limited to maintaining work center dispatch list, ensuring material is at the proper load center, and problem resolution.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • ·         Identify and expedite all issues that prevent order from achieving on time shipment to customer from inception to order shipment.
  • ·         Coordinates daily activities with operations, quality, engineering, shipping/receiving to ensure orders are progressing to meet customer commitments.
  • ·         Maintain work cell priority list including ensuring that the material is at the machine.
  • ·         Maintain positive customer and interpersonal relationships, including use of Microsoft teams, email correspondence and customer visits as required.
  • ·         Perform inventory checks on customer supplied material and ensure accuracy to the bill of material.
  • ·         Perform other duties as directed.

What You Bring

  • ·         Investigate and coordinate efforts and activities with related functions to resolve discrepancies/troubleshooting.
  • ·         Good troubleshooting mentality with the ability to facilitate activities with various departments.
  • ·         Experience in a similar role is a plus
  • ·         High School degree with strong math skills

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY

  • ·         Demonstrated experience with computers and Microsoft Office software, SAP and OIL.
  • ·         Requires strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • ·         Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • ·         Requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • ·         Ability to read production schedules, inventory reports, work order routings.
  • ·         Consistently spend a significant amount of your day (more than 5 hours) on the shop floor, standing and moving materials with the ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
  • ·         Ability to willingly participate in a team environment to achieve departmental and organizational goals and objectives.
  • ·         Ability to work with established deadlines and achieve goals/outcomes.
  • ·         Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours to meet business needs.

Gas Services

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
