We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Component Engineer (Primary Engineer) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing substation designs using Revit. Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud is highly beneficial.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Design and develop electrical components and systems for substations using Revit
• Create detailed electrical schematics, layouts, and plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure designs meet project requirements and standards
• Utilize Autodesk Construction Cloud for project management and collaboration
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members
• Ensure all designs adhere to industry standards and regulations
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on design progress

What You Bring 

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in designing electrical components and systems for substations
• Proficiency in Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Experience with other Autodesk software tools.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
