As an EHS Professional at Siemens Energy, you will be at the forefront of ensuring safety and compliance in dynamic oil & gas projects in Saudi Arabia. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of EHS standards, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Develop and manage KPIs dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to support data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to uphold safety protocols and prevent incidents.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote a safety-first culture and coordinate safety campaigns and programs.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses, implementing corrective actions to enhance safety measures.
• Educate and support field teams and external stakeholders on EHS best practices and compliance requirements.

What You Bring

• Over 5 years of EHS experience in the oil & gas industry, with a focus on regulatory compliance and safety management.
• Proficiency in EHS data management tools and dashboard creation using Power BI and Tableau.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex EHS concepts effectively.
• Experience in conducting EHS audits, inspections, and risk assessments, with a detail-oriented approach.
• Educational background in engineering or a related field, with relevant safety certifications such as NEBOSH IGC Level 3.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
