Sobre a função
- Serve as a subject matter expert responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all EHS programs and policies within the Grid Technologies Service business, fostering a proactive ‘Zero Harm’ safety culture
- Focus on strategic EHS management, defining standards, conducting comprehensive risk assessments, and continuously improving safety protocols
- Conduct site inspections, lead incident investigations, and ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
- Collaborate closely with operational teams, management, and external stakeholders to drive EHS performance and integrate safety into every aspect of our projects and services
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance EHS performance and promote a ‘Zero Harm’ culture
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related technical field
- Many years of relevant professional experience of professional EHS experience, preferably within the energy, construction, or industrial service sectors
- In-depth knowledge of EHS regulations and international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
- Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to successfully implement safety initiatives
- Willingness to travel (up to 20% of the time) to provide on-site EHS support and conduct audits or inspections
