A Snapshot of Your Day

You will own the integrity of HR master data ending across our landscape. Your day blends handson analysis (SQL/Python), pipeline reliability work (ETL/API), and collaboration with domain and system owners to diagnose breaks between local HCM systems, the HR data hub, and downstream applications (e.g., Workday, SAP HCM/S/4, SAP Analytics Cloud, Cornerstone). Your goal: clean, timely, and trusted HR data that keeps processes and reporting running smoothly. Next to the operations and monitoring, you will also support in analysis and developments of the HR master data.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • End to end data quality assurance: Ensure correct HR master data across source, hub, and target systems; identify, classify, and resolve data errors.
  • Data matching & reconciliation: Build matching logic and reconciliation processes (person, position, org structures, …) to enforce consistency.
  • Pipeline reliability & monitoring: Develop/optimize ETL/API pipelines, including monitoring, alerting, and SLAs.
  • Interface stewardship: Maintain technical interfaces (Workday data provider; local HCM → HR data hub → receiving systems) and support change delivery.
  • Cross domain collaboration: Partner with domain and system owners, supporting data analysis, change clarifications and other tasks.
  • Test support for enhancements: Plan and execute UAT/regression tests; track defects and validate production fixes.

What You Bring

  • Data engineering skills: Proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with ETL/orchestration (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Databricks) and REST/batch APIs.
  • HR data domain expertise: Knowledge of HR master data domains (employee, position, organization, compensation) and lifecycle events.
  • System experience: Hands on experience with Workday/SAP HCM/S/4 and analytics front ends (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud); nice to have: Cornerstone.
  • Quality mindset: Experience in data profiling, matching, duplication, reconciliation, and root cause analysis.
  • Testing & change: Experience in UAT/regression, test data design, defect management, and release support.
  • Compliance: Understanding of privacy, access control, and audit requirements in HR data (regional requirements apply).
