- Lead digital transformation initiatives within corporate communications by designing and implementing innovative AI programs (e.g., workshops, hackathons, reverse mentoring) that empower teams and drive novel approaches to content and data usage
- Oversee the integration and management of key digital platforms (e.g. Brightcove, Scompler, and Sprinklr) ensuring technical due diligence, smooth onboarding, and continuous optimization of these tools to enhance our communication strategy
- Collaborate proactively across internal departments and with external suppliers to negotiate contracts, manage compliance (cybersecurity, legal, data protection), and implement digital solutions that support dynamic and agile communications
- Foster an active dialogue with all relevant collaborators to define gaps, optimizations, and future opportunities
- Organize and facilitate internal workshops and training sessions designed to foster cross-functional knowledge exchange, upskill teams on emerging digital trends, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Champion a hands-on, problem-solving mindset—address challenges, find solutions and turn obstacles into opportunities for process and innovation improvements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in fields that provide a solid foundation for digital transformation—this may include (but is not limited to) Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or Engineering.
- Several years professional experience in corporate communications, digital transformation, or similar strategic roles within fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Proven track record leading AI-initiatives and digital transformation projects, including hands-on experience with workshops, hackathons, or mentoring programs.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing digital communication platforms (e.g., Brightcove, Scompler, Sprinklr) including vendor negotiations, technical integrations, and compliance management.
- Profound understanding of communications activities, ability to analyze and map processes, translate business requirements into workflows and functional requirements for technical solutions as well as sound agile project management skills with a proactive approach to solving cross-departmental challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to drive outcomes and build trusted relationships across the organization
