Every day will bring interesting and challenging opportunities that you’ll work on together with a cross functional team. As a Senior Commercial Sales Manager (f/m/d) you’ll closely cooperate with internal partners to develop complex projects, including access and visibility to upper Management levels. Furthermore, you’ll represent Siemens Energy towards customers and consortium partners.     

How You’ll Make an Impact 

• Be an essential part of the negotiation team representing the commercial and financial aspects of the bid in customer negotiations. 
• Coordinate and drive project related activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze customer contract drafts / develop and successfully negotiate contract adjustments in favor of Siemens Energy.
• Prepare and present the Limits of Authority (LoA) according to the escalation level required and act as sparring partner for Sales and bid team members
• Ensure compliance with applicable rules and guidelines including LoA , NCM, tax, trade finance or currency guideline
• Act with hands-on attitude to successfully manage the full scope of financial and commercial activities during the sales phase for complex projects

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree and above in Finance, Business Administration or likewise with long term of professional experience as commercial sales manager for large and/or complex projects (minimum Category B)
• Excellent communication skills, good command of written and spoken English
• Advanced offer preparation and negotiation skills, including k nowledge in international contract law 
• Experience in development and implementation of financing concepts
• Worked in international projects and with intercultural and cross functional teams
• The ability to take customer’s perspective when making decisions and taking actions
• Resilience and positive attitude when working under pressure
