As Commercial Project Support you will be inserted in a growing team and business, supporting the Gas Services area in Europe and Africa, contributing to the business implementation of long-term service contracts in the energy sector. You will work closely with a diverse and multicultural team, ensuring the successful implementation of our projects.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• As a team member with focus on commercial project support you will contribute to manage the implementation and logistics for components, tools, consumables, and services for long term power plant service contracts as well as for Open Market Business in the regions Europe and Africa.
• Ensure efficient on-schedule delivery of necessary goods and services in accordance with the project requirements .
• Ensure efficient communication with all relevant internal partners.
• Organize and coordinate with the projects logistics experts in terms of export & customs control requirements and logistics to fulfill the contract obligations to end-customer.
• Support the projects in monitoring, analyzing and reporting the costs related to the project to the Commercial Project Manager and support the claim management by providing defect analysis as well as solutions.
• Support commercial project management related tasks e.g., preparation of tax related documentation for Permanent Establishments, assistance in delegation of Field Service employees, preparation of ICFR documentation, clarification of Export Control and Customs requirements, maintenance of key project data.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree with commercial focus or comparable education long-term experience.
• Knowledge in IFRS / ICFR applicable regulations.
• Experience in project execution including planning and running interfaces to related functions, e.g., purchasing, logistics, cost-reporting, manufacturing.
• Customer, result and quality oriented as well as highly motivated and committed.
• Understand the work in an international matrix organization and are familiar with self-drive agile teams.
• Advanced MS Office365 applications skills ; SAP SD, MM, FI and CO.
• Proficient English, German is a plus.
• Affinity to digital innovation is welcome
