After lunch, you’ll dive into financial modeling, preparing forecasts and “what-if” scenarios to support upcoming projects. Attend meetings with regional finance teams to share ideas, align on governance standards, and improve processes through automation. By the end of the day, you’ll compile your findings and insights into a concise report for management, highlighting key trends and actionable recommendations.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Analyze variances and trends in revenue, cost, and profitability, enabling the business to make informed decisions that improve financial outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with operational and sales teams to co-create solutions that address challenges and leverage opportunities.
• Develop and monitor risk assessments and mitigation strategies, ensuring proactive management of potential financial risks.
• Identify and drive initiatives for automation and process excellence within finance workflows, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in reporting.
• Uphold Siemens Energy Financial Reporting Guidelines and Risk/Internal Control standards, ensuring integrity and transparency in financial reporting.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
