A Snapshot of Your Day

Join us as a Mechanical Design Engineer and play a decisive role in shaping the future of high-voltage electrical substations across Europe and Africa. You take the lead in both tendering and execution phases, turning technical concepts into precise, compliant designs that meet safety and operational standards. You create and supervise detailed 2D and 3D installation plans using REVIT and AutoCAD, prepare mechanical and electrical calculation notes, and develop civil engineering guide plans. You collaborate closely with multiple teams to ensure seamless integration of your work into the wider project scope. Every day, your technical expertise helps move projects from concept to reality — delivering critical energy infrastructure that powers communities.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Create and supervise installation studies for high and low-voltage electrical equipment, ensuring ergonomic, safe, and accessible designs.
  • Draft mechanical and electrical calculation notes for conductors and the earthing network.
  • Prepare civil engineering guide plans that define equipment constraints, anchoring systems, and load requirements.
  • Specify high-voltage connection equipment, including conductors, fittings, and anchoring chains.
  • Support on-site teams during assembly and installation phases, resolving technical challenges and ensuring manufacturing meets specifications.

What You Bring

  • A technical degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in general installation or industrial equipment design.
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD for technical modeling.
  • Strong knowledge of modeling technical lots (Power, Low Voltage, HVAC) and construction processes.
  • Fluency in French and strong technical English proficiency to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
