A Snapshot of Your Day 

As an Associate in our Supply Chain Solutions Team, you work hands-on at the interface of manufacturing and supply chain—often directly on-site at supplier facilities, where you gain practical insight into production processes and operational challenges. Your day includes collecting and analyzing production data, supporting capacity and bottleneck assessments, and preparing reports for cross-functional teams. You contribute to improvement initiatives, assist in validating supplier processes, and help coordinate actions between suppliers and internal stakeholders. Working closely with experienced engineers, procurement, and quality teams, you steadily build the technical and analytical expertise needed to strengthen supplier performance and ensure stable, reliable production outputs.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Support on-site and remote assessments of supplier manufacturing processes, capabilities and capacity within our global supplier footprint
  • Assist in analyzing production data to identify bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Contribute to improvement projects and provide analytical support in larger Tiger Team initiatives
  • Help suppliers implement defined corrective actions and track progress toward performance targets
  • Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and quality teams to ensure aligned communication and expectations
  • Prepare structured reports, summaries, and documentation to support decision-making and transparency
What You Bring
  • University degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment; exposure to suppliers is a plus
  • Strong analytical mindset with interest in data-driven problem-solving and process improvement
  • Clear and confident communication skills, especially when interacting with production teams and internal stakeholders
  • Basic knowledge of production planning tools, process mapping, or database-supported analysis (advantageous, not required)
  • Motivation to expand your technical skills and support procurement teams with manufacturing insights
  • Fluency in English; Willingness to travel up to approx. 25%

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
