A Snapshot of Your Day

The Assembler will be responsible for the disassembly, cleaning, and inspection of valve components according to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience with safety trip and throttle valves, be proficient in reading technical drawings, and be skilled in the use of hand tools and cranes

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Disassemble, clean and inspect valves and related components following OEM specifications and safety guidelines.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics to understand assembly requirements.
  • Utilize hand tools and cranes to perform assembly and disassembly tasks efficiently and safely.
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of work performed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED required. Technical certification is a plus, but not required.
  • Proven experience in assembling and disassembling valves, particularly safety trip and throttle valves. Proficiency in using hand tools and cranes.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and capacity to follow directions.

Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
