A Snapshot of Your Day

Imagine leading the charge in procurement analytics, where your insights drive strategic decisions and enhance performance. As the Analytics and Performance Manager, you’ll orchestrate reporting processes, provide actionable analytics, and challenge the organization to meet its procurement goals. Reporting directly to the procurement manager, you’ll be at the heart of data-driven decision-making, ensuring transparency and efficiency without the need for leadership roles.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop and analyze complex datasets to uncover business insights and recommend performance improvements.
  • Create and govern key performance indicators that align with strategic procurement goals.
  • Complete procurement reporting processes independently, ensuring data transparency and regular information flow.
  • Acquire and maintain data from various sources, identifying trends and patterns in complex datasets.
  • Conduct performance review meetings to boost efficiency and productivity within procurement teams.

What You Bring

  • A degree or equivalent experience in economy, management, or a technical field.
  • Fluent in Hungarian, with strong English skills.
  • 2-4 years of experience in procurement or analytics.
  • Strong commercial and technical understanding of procurement and project management.
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.

Join our Budapest procurement team, a dedicated group responsible for sourcing and ordering raw materials for our production site. As part of the Gas Service Central procurement community, we focus on ensuring a reliable supply chain and supporting our production goals.
