A Snapshot of Your Day
As an Inventory Analyst, you will monitor, analyze, and improve inventory accuracy across warehouse operations. Your daily work ensures reliable stock records, supports operational planning, and prevents material shortages and discrepancies. You will collaborate closely with logistics, warehouse, finance, and quality teams to maintain clean, consistent, and fully traceable inventory data that enables smooth and reliable operations.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports to identify variances, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Investigate root causes of inventory discrepancies and coordinate corrective and preventive actions with warehouse and operations teams.
- Validate system transactions (movements, consumptions, adjustments) to ensure proper alignment with physical stock.
- Support cycle count programs, annual inventory audits, and inventory‑related KPIs.
- Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate inventory valuation and timely posting of adjustments.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives related to inventory control, traceability, and material flow.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in inventory analysis, warehouse operations, or supply chain processes.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and ERP/WMS systems (SAP preferred).
- Knowledge of inventory control methods (cycle counting, ABC classification, FIFO, safety stock, location counting).
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate findings clearly and effectively.
- High attention to detail and ability to perform in dynamic, fast‑paced environments.

You will work closely with warehouse operations, logistics planning, finance, and quality teams to ensure accuracy, reliability, and transparency of inventory data across the organization. This role acts as a strategic bridge between warehouse activities and financial reporting, ensuring that physical material movements are reflected correctly in the system and that inventory valuations remain aligned with operational reality.
