A Snapshot of Your Day
You start the day with calls alongside global commodity managers to review sourcing initiatives and market developments worldwide, prepare procurement reports updates or attend regional/factory meetings, then in the afternoon review supplier contracts using AI tools and draft notes for commodity managers. You also support the preparation of supplier events, negotiations, and larger cross-functional team activities.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Preparing procurement reports for global commodity managers
- Reviewing and preparing the notes of frame agreements and contracts via AI tools
- Supporting the organization of supplier events or global team meetings
- Supporting the collection of inputs for Commodity strategies
What You Bring
- Analytical and communicative skills
- Communicative knowledge of English language
- Knowledge of MS Office tools and recent AI tools
- Willingness to learn new things and open mind
