How You’ll Make an Impact
● Testing and characterization of materials and management of test execution, ensuring compliance with industry standards, particularly regarding mechanical testing
● Integration of experimental results into material related databases
● Numerical simulation of material performance
● Coordinate collaboration with Chinese raw material suppliers.
● Establish and qualify network of material testing facilities in China
● Coordinate and witness material testing programs in Chinese testing facilities
● Support material qualification projects: coordination of raw material supplier related activities, follow-up of testing
● technical documentation (Test reports, Material Qualification Reports), Support to process trials (PTIs)
● Coordination with local Supplier Quality Engineer and Supply Chain Quality assurance activities
● Support to NCR assessment
● Coordination with global Material department and local Technology team
● The candidate will be reporting directly to the Head of Material Department in Denmark

What You Bring 
● Technical Engineering degree, min. M.Sc., or PhD and with min. 3 years of professional experience
● Working experience in a technical engineering organization preferably aerospace or wind energy
● Living and/or working experience in an intercultural environment
● Previous experience in composite materials characterization
● Experienced in team work and coordination with local and international teams
● A person that is outgoing, determined, and persistent with strong communication and collaboration skills
● Fluent English and Chinese skills both in oral and writing

工作职责

  • 负责叶片材料的测试与表征以及管理测试的执行，确保测试规程符合行业标准，尤其是针对机械相关的测试并且将实验结果整合至材料相关数据库中
  • 基于对材料性能进行数值模拟，可以作出专业分析和比较并推荐
  • 主导与中国原材料供应商协调合作和开发事宜
  • 负责在中国建立认证材料测试机构网络, 协调和见证中国测试机构的材料测试项目
  • 为材料认证项目提供支持：协调原材料供应商相关工作、跟进测试进度
  • 负责编写技术文档（测试报告、材料认证报告），为工艺试验（PTIs）提供支持
  • 与本地供应商质量工程师协调，并且配合供应链质量保证相关工作,为不合格品（NCR）评估和处理提供支持
  • 具备丰富的沟通能力，协调日常与全球材料部门和本地技术团队的工作
  • 该岗位员工直接向位于丹麦的材料部门负责人汇报同时隶属于中国本地的技术团队
任职要求
  • 拥有工科相关学位，至少为硕士或博士，并且具备至少 3 年的专业工作经验
  • 有在技术工程类机构的工作经验，航空航天或风能行业优先
  • 有跨文化环境的生活或工作经历
  • 有复合材料表征的相关经验
  • 有团队工作经验，并且具备协调本地与国际团队的经验
  • 性格开朗、有决断力且坚韧，具备出色的沟通与协作能力
  • 英语和中文的口语与书面表达流利

The Material Department is responsible for development, maturation, and implementation of new structural and non-structural materials as well as the supply chain resilience and maintenance of the current material portfolio used in Blades. The department has a global footprint in Denmark, Portugal, Spain and US.
