A Snapshot of Your Day

As part of a global HR Transformation program, Siemens Energy is in the process of standardizing and harmonizing its HR services and systems. We are looking for an experienced Regional HR Services Specialist for Kazakhstan and Central Asia (UZ, TM, AZ, AM, GE) countries who are ready to coordinate the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (currently being delivered through an ecosystem of providers).

How You’ll Make an Impact

As a key member of the global SE HR PS&S team, you will work closely with the Regional HR Services Manager and the Regional HR Head to review the local HR processes, align them with external vendors and build stability.

You will partner closely with the external vendor provider and local HR team to detail the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, remove roadblocks, handle critical issues and drive continuous improvement. You will get an outstanding chance to significantly change the system of personnel administration in the Central Asian countries, to introduce digitalization into many HR processes.

Handling complex issues quickly and building authentic relationships with the local HR team and all relevant departments.

You will promote a culture of ownership and accountability while moving with speed and decisiveness. As the only representative of the HR team in the local company you will be a trusted management partner, a member of a successful team of Siemens Energy Kazakhstan.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in HR Administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Kazakh labor legislation and local work regulations.
  • Solid knowledge on document management (archiving rules, e- signatures, wet signatures, etc).
  • Proven knowledge of process tracking and process review.
  • Stakeholder management (external vendor management).
  • Knowledge of time and attendance management regulations.
  • Operational knowledge – focus on HR processes/ HR operations.
  • Proficiency in English (B2) and Russian (C1).
  • Experience in crafting process documentation and work instructions.
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills with a continuous improvement approach.
  • Analytical skills, ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Self-motivated to drive initiatives through to completion as an individual contributor and through others.
  • Ability to thrive in a global environment, ambiguity, and change.
  • Experience with Workday preferred but not crucial.
