You will collaborate with Corporate Procurement Category Teams and local stakeholders, enhancing our procurement strategies and processes. How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will develop procurement strategies and key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with our organizational goals and market conditions.
- Manage supplier relationships to foster collaboration, enhance performance, and drive innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure procurement aligns seamlessly with business needs.
- Support technological advancements in the procurement field and promote their integration within your team.
What You Bring
- You are pursuing a BA/BS in Business Management, Economics, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
- A high level of English proficiency is mandatory.
- You possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- You demonstrate a strong team spirit, proactivity, and a genuine motivation to learn.

You will be part of a diverse team of 40 professionals from various parts of Europe, dedicated to managing third-party spend and developing procurement strategies that enhance Siemens Energy’s competitive position in the marketplace. Our procurement organization is committed to supporting the company’s vision of becoming the most valued energy technology company. Utilizing modern tools and processes, our professional team crafts global sourcing strategies for assigned commodities, ensuring optimal supply cost, quality, timely delivery, and compliance with ESG (Environment, Social & Governance) standards. You will thrive in a global, multicultural environment, engaging in procurement activities across Indirect Material & Logistics, Direct Material, Governance, Sustainability, and Regional management.
