How You’ll Make an Impact

We are currently looking for a Project Manager - Wind Turbine Generator to join our team based in Taiwan, managing projects in the APAC region primarily. By joining us, you will become an essential part of a dynamic and multicultural project organization and join the core team of one of our large offshore wind projects.

• Responsible for handling complex projects as project manager for external customers. Your responsibilities include the on time, on budget and in high-quality delivery of the design, components, and project documentation. 

• Lead a team of highly qualified engineering managers covering the different technical and functional aspects of delivering our wind turbines in industry-defining safety and quality, planning precision and to our customers’ full satisfaction.

• Support and develop your team with your experience and confidence, keeping the overview about priorities, acting as one to reach the project’s goals, getting further stakeholders to contribute and proactively following up on any lose ends or potential gaps in execution.

• You adapt quickly to the changing requirements.

• You have prior experience in a similar professional environment, e.g. an international industrial company. Ideal fit for this role will be experience in Wind industry project, engineering, or fabrication management. 

• Individuals having project management experience incl. certification (IPMA-C, PMI PMP, Prince2 or equivalent) will be preferred.

About the Team

Our Offshore Wind Turbine Generator Project Management (WTG-PM) department is a global team of approximately 30 dedicated professionals located across APAC, Europe, and the US. Each team member takes full ownership of one offshore wind project, driving the design, development, and documentation of cutting-edge wind parks.
