As a Technical Sales Expert – Process Safety at Siemens Energy, you will start your day by interacting with customers and understanding their specific needs. Your responsibilities will include working closely with different team members to introduce and carry out world-class process safety solutions. You will often travel within the UAE and abroad to establish and nurture happiness with our clients, ensuring seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Demonstrate expertise in Process Safety Management, including knowledge of API 520/521/526/200, ASME codes, and OSHA CFR 1910.119, with hands-on experience in executing related projects.
• Analyze engineering data to assess process unit capabilities and pressure relief systems, developing overpressure simulations, performing engineering calculations, and providing design specifications to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communicate technical requirements and deliverables effectively to internal teams and end users, while supporting sales opportunities by articulating best practices and value propositions.
• Act as a technical expert and trusted advisor, developing solutions that address customer technology and business needs, and making presentations to technical staff and senior management.
• Build and manage key relationships with end users, partners, and account teams, while qualifying sales opportunities based on customer requirements and market dynamics.
• Stay current on relevant technologies, represent the company at industry events, and coordinate projects and quotations to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to Siemens Energy processes.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering with a minimum of 10 years of experience in refining or petrochemical operating and/or engineering consulting environments.
• Experience in upstream, midstream, and downstream oil and gas processes, with a focus on refining.
• Demonstrated technical competence in process safety and high familiarity with PSPPM software.
• Proficient understanding of OSHA requirements for Process Safety Management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and compellingly.
• Proven leadership abilities with a collaborative, solution-focused approach, and adaptability to rapidly changing business circumstances.
