A Snapshot of Your Day 
We are on the lookout for a dynamic, data-driven Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner to join our dedicated team for an initial 12 month contract at Siemens Energy in the United Kingdom & Ireland. If you are a motivated, tech-savvy professional with a flair for strategic recruitment and a passion for excellence, this role is for you. We work remotely, so we're flexible on where you're based, so long as you're in the UK and are willing to travel from time to time. 

Working directly for the Talent Acquisition Lead you will collaborate alongside a distributed team of TA Partners, Candidate Experience Partners and TA Coordinators. You will work closely with our Hiring Managers and Leaders to identify and secure top-tier talent in line with our hiring plans. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape and influence hiring strategies at Siemens Energy. Additionally, you will: 

Work on diverse projects and initiatives as a member of a global talent acquisition team.
Collaborate and partner with managers to develop and expand your industry knowledge.
Contribute to improvements, efficiencies and innovations in our talent acquisition delivery.


How You’ll Make an Impact 
Act as the key contact point and trusted advisor to hiring leaders, leading the hiring process in partnership with Candidate Experience Partner and TA Coordinator.
Establish collaborative relationships with hiring managers to strategize hiring requirements based on key tasks and outcomes, aligning with Siemens Energy’s long-term skills needs and workforce planning.
Provide data-based labor and competitor market insights through regular customer engagement. Ensure proactive data analysis of historical hiring to advise future hiring strategies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current labor market trends, competitor movements, and general recruiting trends.
Tailor job offers to align with candidates’ needs, leveraging our Employer Value Proposition.
Continually seek valuable opportunities for process improvement and professional upskilling.
Advocate for diversity and inclusion within Siemens Energy by ensuring diverse candidate pools for all positions.
Optimally market Siemens Energy as an attractive employer to prospective talent.

What You Bring 
Experience as a Talent Acquisition professional, with experience gained from an in-house, agency or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively to customers.
A continuous learner, always on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and upskilling.
Proven business sense with the ability to influence decision-making in relation to talent and hiring strategy.
Exceptionally customer focused, always striving to exceed expectations.
High emotional intelligence, exhibiting empathy and awareness of others' feelings.
A strong work ethic, setting high standards and working diligently and quickly.
Highly developed curiosity and eagerness to understand, learn, and explore new things.
Self-motivated, with a clear vision of the big picture and a desire to achieve goals. Takes initiative and is proactive.
