A Snapshot of Your Day

We are seeking a highly expert and motivated Substation Services Portfolio Manager to join our Network Technology Services team. You will be responsible for developing and handling a comprehensive portfolio of services focused on revamping, extensions, and long-term service programs, including Electrical Balance of Plant (EBoP).

This role requires a deep understanding of electrical substation systems, strategic design and planning skills, and the ability to build detailed procedures and blueprints for the execution unit. As an integral part of our highly skilled and complementary team, you share our values and passion, adeptly converting challenges into valuable solutions for our customers.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Develop and handle a service portfolio for electrical substation revamping, extensions, and long-term service programs, including EBoP.
  • Identify market needs and opportunities for service offerings in the electrical substation sector. Supervise and analyze market trends and the performance of service programs, generating reports and insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to design and define service solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Create detailed procedures and blueprints for service offerings, ensuring that they are clear and workable for the execution unit. Support the development and delivery of training programs for internal teams and customers on substation service offerings.
  • Develop strategies for long-term service agreements, ensuring sustained performance and reliability of electrical substations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety requirements and company policies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies and standard processes.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of validated experience in electrical substation services or related.
  • Solid understanding of electrical substation systems, including protection, control, telecontrol and automation. Knowledge of primary equipment, medium voltage switchgear and auxiliary equipment
  • Strong interest or prior experience in working on business-related topics, such as business cases, senior management presentations, and customer discovery sessions
  • Proficient English language skills
  • Validated ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and partners across the globe
  • Customer- focused and innovation-driven approach
  • Exceptional networking and collaboration skills, ambitious spirit, proactive attitude, high levels of independence, flexibility, and well-structured work habits.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
