As a Student Worker in Siemens Gamesa, you will have the opportunity to develop your personal capabilities and build a professional and international network. This part-time position offers flexible working hours to accommodate your studies while allowing you to gain relevant work experience in a global technology company. Join our Cost Management and Planning department in Vejle and become part of an international team of Commercial Sales Experts, supporting our global business in various commercial and financial topics.


How You’ll Make an Impact

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in the monthly reporting of KPIs for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the team to gather and analyse data, updating our Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI tools with the latest insights.
  • Enhance our reporting capabilities by harnessing automated workflows and utilizing cloud-based data warehouses.
  • Help maintain Sales Process guidelines and policy releases, ensuring clarity and compliance across the organization.
  • Act as a quality gate, fostering strong collaboration with stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
  • Engage in various ad-hoc tasks focused on Sales Planning and Sales Process improvement.
  • Use AI tools to leverage your existing knowledge and accelerate the development of our dynamic reporting environment.

What You Bring

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Finance, Business Sciences, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field at a university in Denmark.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to extract and analyse data from diverse sources and databases.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills, capable of efficiently updating presentations by integrating data from Excel.
  • Familiarity with Power BI tools and prior experience working with Power BI applications.
  • An analytical mindset, comfortable with details, and a quick learner who enjoys teamwork.
  • A structured and organized approach to tasks, with excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Prior experience with SAP is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a professional environment is required.
  • A keen interest in optimization and automation, with a willingness to explore AI-driven solutions.
