A Snapshot of Your Day

 

This role involves analyzing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and process-related issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through technical support and training. It requires strong product and system knowledge, proficiency in English, and excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with at least 2.5 years of relevant experience.

   

How You’ll Make an Impact

 
  • Analysis of errors/failures (HW, SW, technological and/or process problems)
  • Communication with and/or escalation to central service as needed (at the regional level, Siemens globally, etc.)
  • Equipment/device training, independent troubleshooting and repair of equipment/devices
  • Preventive maintenance
  • Pre-sales (if possible)
  • Training/education/technical consulting for customers
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Commissioning of products/devices/equipment (at the customer's request)
  • Post-sales
  • Compliance with legal regulations and rules (e.g., occupational safety)
  • Other tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor, senior manager, director, or management
   

What You Bring 

 
  • 2.5 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of products, and programming language knowledge if needed
  • Knowledge of systems and equipment
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written (technical terminology)
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Negotiation and presentation skills
