A snapshot of your day
As a Senior Network Architect at Siemens Energy, you will begin your day by crafting network solutions that support our strategic goals through collaboration with teams. You will engage in diverse projects, including developing groundbreaking SD-WAN solutions and ensuring strong cloud connectivity with Zscaler products.

What you bring
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, information technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational company.
- Ability to transform business ideas into technically feasible solutions.
- Familiarity with major cloud providers (Google, Azure, AWS).
- Strong knowledge of IP address structures (IPv4 & IPv6) and routing protocols.
- Extensive experience with network operations and systems, preferably with Cisco and Juniper.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or CCENT are a plus.
Your responsibilities
- Manage and optimize technical network solutions and frameworks, including SD-WAN, LAN, and WLAN.
- Coordinate all phases of network projects, from design and proof of concept to pilot and handover to operations.
- Conduct network planning, modeling, and analysis to ensure flawless performance.
- Design and implement security measures to protect against network vulnerabilities.
- Engineer and implement software functions to improve network performance and automation.
- Build detailed reports on network performance and recommend potential new technologies.
