You start your day by reviewing the health and performance of key enterprise applications across LATAM. You collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operations, compliance, and continuous improvement. You lead meetings with regional stakeholders and engage with global teams to align on strategic initiatives. Your analytical mindset and technical expertise help resolve complex issues and drive innovation in application management.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead the governance and performance of application support vendors across LATAM.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and audit standards for enterprise applications.
• Support business requirements and IT projects, enabling digital transformation.
• Manage application interfaces and integrations involving SAP, RFC, EDI, and SnapLogic.
• Monitor and report on application KPIs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and documentation to support operational excellence and scalability.
• Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap development for application portfolios in LATAM.
• Lead application onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in application lifecycle management, vendor governance, and audit support. Hands-on experience with enterprise applications in regional and global environments.
• Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, ITIL, or similar are a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English. Intermediate Spanish is required.
• Candidates from energy, manufacturing, or other complex enterprise environments are welcome.
• Availability to travel across LATAM and internationally (up to 20% of the time).
