1.Control and inspect production process quality, collect and analyze relevant data to provide support for improvement.
2.Carries out quality improvement projects, ensure to continuously improve process quality performance.
3.Identify product quality risks and reduce the disturbance of quality issues to the production process.
4.Coordinate and communicate quality issues in production process, deal with nonconformance products in production process.
5.Promote quality culture in the production process and train employees on all quality related issues and processes.
6.Other related work arranged by manager.
What You Bring
1. 2-3 years in a corresponding function with manufacturing, transformer corresponding function is preferred.
2. Experience in conducting manufacturing quality management, familiar with Siemens quality system.
3. Bachelor's degree and above. Master is a plus
4. Good communication skills, good command of English speaking is a plus.
