A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Production Planning Engineer at Siemens Energy, you will start your day with a team briefing to align on the day's priorities and any urgent tasks. You will work on meaningful projects that ensure smooth production processes and timely delivery of materials, directly contributing to our mission of reliable and balanced energy solutions. How You’ll Make an Impact
• 根据当前订单和年终目标进行生产能力和工作负荷分析。
Conduct production capacity and workload analysis based on current orders and year-end targets.
• 制定旨在确保客户满意和及时交货的合理且可行的生产和物料计划，并持续跟踪进度。 Develop reasonable and feasible production and material plans aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery, and continuously monitor progress.
• 考虑到客户要求、机械设备的可用性和人力资源，确定产品交货日期并及时下达生产指令。
Determine product delivery dates and promptly issue production orders, taking into account customer requirements, machinery and equipment availability, and human resources.
• 在生产延误或可能影响生产订单交货日期的任何紧急情况下，应及时调整并进行沟通。
In the event of production delays or any emergencies that may affect the delivery date of a production order, adjustments should be made and communicated promptly.
•定期生成计划报告，总结项目进度，预测未来趋势，识别潜在的问题和风险，提出改进策略，并清晰地展示计划的执行情况。
Regularly generate planning reports that summarize project progress, forecast future trends, identify potential problems and risks, propose improvement strategies, and provide a clear representation of the plan's execution.
What You Bring
•本科及以上学历，机械工程专业优先。 Bachelor's degree or above, mechanical engineering is a plus.
•3年以上计划或相关工作经验。 3+ years of planning or related work experience.
•良好的英语书写和口语能力。Good English writing and speaking ability.
•熟练使用办公软件以及计算机技能，数字化软件使用优先。Proficient in the use of office software and computer skills, priority for the use of digital software
•具有良好的沟通技巧、分析能力、解决问题的能力、创新精神和团队合作精神。Good communication skills, analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, innovation, and team cooperation spirit.
